An energy-efficient thermal control management method for space remote sensors using optical, mechanical, electrical, and integration is proposed. The satellite power resources are insufficient, so an loop heat pipe (LHP) designed six intermittently operating detectors. charge-coupled device (CCD) has a total generation of 72 W operates 8 min per orbital cycle. LHP includes capillary pump, cold plates, two radiators. working fluid the high-purity ammonia material wick ceramic. drive on pump evaporator automatically switches between 30 90 depending mode sensor, resulting in average saving about 58.2% compared to conventional LHP. For optical structure, three-stage insulation technology was developed save heater improve temperature stability.
